We do not sell your personal information to third parties in exchange for monetary consideration. However, under the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA and related state statutes, sharing identifiers and internet activity with third-party digital advertising networks (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel) to serve cross-context behavioral advertisements is categorized as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

Within the preceding twelve (12) months, personal data has been disclosed as follows:

  • Service Providers: We share personal data with vetted service providers (e-commerce hosting via Shopify, fulfillment warehouses, shipping couriers, customer service platforms, and email delivery vendors) who operate under strict written contracts prohibiting them from using, retaining, or disclosing data for any purpose other than providing contracted services.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.

  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized browser-level opt-out preference signals. When our Site detects a valid GPC signal from your browser, we automatically suppress third-party marketing, analytics pixels, and targeting tags, treating the signal as a valid request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data for that specific browser and device.

  • Session Integrity & Transaction Verification: Our site logs user navigation events, cart modifications, and form entries solely to optimize checkout performance, diagnose failed transactions, and detect fraudulent bots. We do not use session tools to intercept sensitive financial account passwords or unsubmitted personal data outside standard checkout operations.

  • Pack, dispatch, and track the physical shipment;

  • Transmit mandatory shipping confirmations or carrier delivery updates to the platform;

  • Process order-specific returns or customer support inquiries; and

  • Comply with merchant seller agreements and tax requirements.

We do not use customer data received from Target or third-party marketplaces for direct independent marketing, email solicitations, or promotional sweepstakes unless you independently and affirmatively register with us.
