Each domestic package typically arrives within 7-8 business days after the order has been placed, and we do our best to work with our carriers to keep your shipping costs and times low! We are so proud and confident in our high quality products that we offer a 1 year guarantee for all our products. This will cover any defects in the product materials or construction and provides for 1-time replacement of the original product (or if the original product is unavailable, a product of equal value). Our Warranty Policy only extends to the original Purchaser of the item. Unfortunately, this does not extend to damages from use or other wear. Please note that our warranty is only available if your product is purchased through ourselves or an authorized reseller.

Our return policy provides for a 30-day period, where you may return products to us in new condition, for a full refund. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
If you are sending the product back to us because you are having fit or adjustment issues, please get in touch with us first. If it’s your first time, it may take a bit longer to learn how to adjust the fit, but once it’s ready, it is much easier to use. We know not every one of our furry friends are the same size or shape.
