Please let us know your order number and a brief description of why you wish to return it. One of the members of our team will get in touch to help you. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please note that the items cannot have been used, damaged, altered, or washed and need to include the original packaging. If you’re passed the 30 days window period, no worries! You can still return it to us if the product is in the condition described above for store credit. 

If you are sending the product back to us because you are having fit or adjustment issues, please get in touch with us first. If it’s your first time, it may take a bit longer to learn how to adjust the fit, but once it’s ready, it is much easier to use. We know not every one of our furry friends are the same size or shape.
